About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking a talented Senior Forward Deployment Engineer to join the Moveworks team in a fully remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise automation and AI-powered customer service solutions.

As a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing deployment strategies for Moveworks' cutting-edge conversational AI platform. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to ensure seamless integration of Moveworks technology into their existing ServiceNow ecosystems, driving adoption and maximizing business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment planning and execution for enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation of Moveworks within ServiceNow environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, customer success, and professional services to deliver world-class solutions
  • Develop and maintain best practices documentation, runbooks, and deployment frameworks
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and deployment teams
  • Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and implement scalable solutions
  • Gather customer feedback and requirements to inform product development roadmaps
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and Moveworks feature releases
  • Optimize deployment workflows to reduce implementation timelines and improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment, systems engineering, or related technical roles
  • Deep expertise with ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI, chatbots, or intelligent automation technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup or scaling technology environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in ServiceNow (CAD, CIS, or equivalent)
  • Experience with API integrations and workflow automation
  • Knowledge of ITSM, HR Service Delivery, or Customer Service Management modules
  • Background in customer-facing technical roles or consulting
