About the Role
As a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation and optimization of Moveworks AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer success, ensuring that complex deployments are executed with precision and deliver measurable business value.
This position requires a forward-thinking engineer who can navigate complex technical landscapes, understand customer business objectives, and architect scalable AI-powered solutions. You'll be responsible for leading deployment initiatives, troubleshooting integration challenges, and establishing best practices across customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment projects for enterprise Moveworks implementations, ensuring quality delivery and customer satisfaction
- Architect and configure AI-driven automation solutions tailored to customer workflows and business requirements
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers to identify optimization opportunities and pain points
- Develop integration strategies between Moveworks and existing enterprise systems (ServiceNow, HR platforms, knowledge bases)
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and establish deployment standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions in production environments
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Document deployment methodologies, best practices, and reusable frameworks
- Monitor deployment health metrics and optimize system performance post-launch
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment, systems engineering, or solutions architecture
- Strong background with ServiceNow platform and ecosystem integrations
- Proficiency in APIs, REST architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and ability to explain complex automation to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with conversational AI or chatbot platforms
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows and best practices
- Track record of leading high-stakes implementations for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in ServiceNow or related enterprise platforms
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
