Senior Solution Consultant - CRM at ServiceNow

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant specializing in CRM to join our global remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CRM professionals to drive customer success and deliver transformative solutions across enterprise clients worldwide.

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will:

  • Partner with enterprise clients to design and implement comprehensive CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to understand complex business challenges
  • Develop detailed solution architectures and technical specifications aligned with client objectives
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and deployment
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow CRM best practices and industry-leading approaches
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure client adoption and success
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, features, and emerging technologies
  • Document solutions and create case studies demonstrating ROI and business impact

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Deep expertise with ServiceNow CRM or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of CRM implementation methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level and technical audiences
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent client engagements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CRM, System Administrator, or Application Developer)
  • Experience with enterprise customer relationship management transformations
  • Background in sales, marketing, or customer service operations
  • Knowledge of other enterprise platforms and integration technologies
  • Experience presenting at industry conferences or thought leadership forums
