About This Role

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in a fully remote position. As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling ServiceNow's comprehensive platform solutions to enterprise clients globally. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to leverage their expertise in consultative selling, solution architecture, and strategic account management while working with one of the world's leading enterprise cloud software companies.

In this role, you will engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals. You'll work closely with solution architects, customer success teams, and partners to craft compelling value propositions that address customer business challenges. Your ability to understand customer pain points, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, and navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Manage full sales cycles for complex, multi-million dollar opportunities with enterprise clients, from initial discovery through contract closure and renewal management.
  • Solution Selling: Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow's platform capabilities and articulate how solutions address specific customer business requirements and industry challenges.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Executive Engagement: Lead high-level conversations with C-suite executives and business stakeholders to influence deal strategy and account direction.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage qualified pipeline, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with solution architects, customer success managers, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitive landscape, market trends, and industry-specific opportunities to position ServiceNow solutions effectively.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms, manage objections, and drive deals to successful closure while maintaining healthy margins and contract profitability.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills: You should have a minimum of 8–12 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large deals ($500K+). You must demonstrate expertise in solution-based selling methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger Sale, or similar approaches. Experience selling cloud-based SaaS solutions, particularly in workflow automation, IT service management, or enterprise resource planning, is highly valuable.

Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable presenting to C-level audiences and can articulate complex technical solutions in business terms. Excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals are required.

Technical Acumen: While you won't need to be a technical expert, you must have sufficient technical literacy to understand ServiceNow platform architecture, integration capabilities, and data management concepts. You should be able to work effectively with solution architects and understand how technical decisions impact business outcomes.
