Senior Technology Consultant - Veza

About the Role

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technology Consultant specializing in Veza to join our global remote team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced technology professional to drive digital transformation initiatives and deliver strategic solutions to enterprise clients worldwide.

As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow Veza solutions for complex enterprise environments. You will work directly with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and security teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow Veza solutions tailored to client-specific requirements and industry best practices
• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and requirements gathering with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
• Architect identity governance, access management, and compliance solutions using Veza's advanced platform capabilities
• Lead cross-functional project teams through full implementation lifecycle from planning through deployment and optimization
• Provide strategic recommendations on access control strategies, identity frameworks, and security governance models
• Mentor junior consultants and build technical expertise within client organizations through knowledge transfer and training
• Develop detailed project documentation, technical specifications, and implementation playbooks
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary technical escalation point for complex implementation challenges
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, Veza feature releases, and emerging identity and access management trends
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design workshops

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise software solutions, with proven expertise in identity and access management or security governance
• Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow platform, including module administration and configuration
• Demonstrated experience with Veza or comparable identity governance platforms
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including role-based access control (RBAC), privilege access management (PAM), and compliance frameworks
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage complex, multi-phase implementations
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience presenting technical concepts to executive stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or higher)
• Experience with compliance frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, or industry-specific regulations
• Background in security architecture or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
• Knowledge of identity standards including SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API development
• Track record of successful client implementations and customer satisfaction metrics
