Senior Technology Consultant - Veza

About This Role

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technology Consultant specializing in Veza to join our growing team of cloud platform experts. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to transformative digital solutions for enterprise clients worldwide.

As a Senior Technology Consultant focused on Veza, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing identity governance and access intelligence solutions. You will work directly with clients to understand their complex security and compliance requirements, then design and deploy Veza solutions that address their unique business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with enterprise clients to assess their identity governance, access management, and compliance needs
• Design and architect Veza solutions within the ServiceNow platform ecosystem
• Lead implementation projects from discovery through deployment and optimization
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for identity intelligence and access control
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client technical teams
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Document solutions, configurations, and lessons learned
• Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams to provide client feedback and feature requests
• Stay current with Veza product updates, features, and industry trends in identity governance
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, systems integration, or enterprise software implementation
• Demonstrated expertise with Veza or similar identity governance and access intelligence platforms
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and architectures
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work through complex technical challenges
• Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Application Developer, or higher)
• Veza certification or advanced product training
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Background in security, compliance, or risk management
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Experience with API integrations and custom development
• Previous consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies
