About the Role
As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you will be instrumental in delivering the highest level of support to our Group Order clientele. You will receive comprehensive training on the Sharebite order platform, restaurant dynamics and operations, and customer support best practices. This specialized role oversees the flawless execution of daily Group Orders by serving as the ultimate resource for both our clients and restaurant partners. Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with restaurant partners to resolve real-time order-related issues and ensure operational excellence
- Respond promptly to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
- Ensure strict adherence to Group Order operations, procedures, and platform systems
- Constructively handle and supervise order escalations and customer complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with management and leadership to develop and improve support strategies that enable rapid team and platform growth
- Serve as a dedicated resource to prestigious clients and valued restaurant partners regarding all aspects of daily Group Order operations
