Sharebite is the leading meal benefits platform built exclusively for companies to feed their employees. Our innovative platform empowers employees to order meals from any restaurant while streamlining all ordering and billing requirements for the company. The Role

The Product team at Sharebite drives the strategy and execution of products that serve our customers' needs. Our department is dedicated to enhancing and redefining the corporate food space, constantly raising the bar on value and innovation. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the strategy and roadmap for a specific product area, turning business goals into delivered value. We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role represents product leadership at the squad level, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Growth to build products that drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Product Strategy: Define the "What" and "Why" for your product area (e.g., Stations or Passport). You own the roadmap and are accountable for its execution and outcomes.
  • Discovery & Research: Conduct user interviews and comprehensive data analysis to identify the most impactful problems to solve. Use customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a squad of engineers and designers, motivating them with a clear vision, compelling context, and strategic direction that aligns with company objectives.
  • Outcome Ownership: You are measured not just by shipping features, but by the business impact those features drive—adoption, revenue growth, and retention metrics.
  • Roadmap Development: Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, market opportunity, and business goals. Communicate progress transparently with stakeholders.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Define success metrics, track KPIs, and use data to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Product Management Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments. Experience building products that scale is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: You can balance short-term execution with long-term vision. You understand how to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • User Empathy: You are the voice of the customer within the building, championing user needs and translating them into product requirements.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You use metrics to validate hypotheses, measure success, and make informed decisions. Comfortable with analytics tools and A/B testing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You can influence without authority and articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams in a collaborative environment.
