About The Role

We're hiring a Community Programs Lead to own and scale Pickle's Growth Fellow and Brand Ambassador ecosystem nationwide and beyond. This role is responsible for transforming our community into a consistent, scalable growth engine that drives measurable marketplace activity and brand awareness.

You'll define program structures, manage cohorts across multiple markets, and ensure high-quality activations, referrals, and community engagement. This is a highly operational, people-focused role ideal for someone who loves building systems, managing distributed communities, motivating program members daily, and driving outcomes through people-centered leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Structure

  • Define and evolve the structure, incentives, and expectations for Growth Fellows and Brand Ambassadors
  • Build scalable systems to support program growth across markets
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and drive operational efficiency

Program Ownership & Execution

  • Own full execution of Growth Fellows (city-based, MBA, non-undergrad programs) and Brand Ambassador programs
  • Manage strategy and oversee execution of College Growth Fellow program
  • Manage full cohorts across multiple markets simultaneously
  • Drive consistent, high-quality activations and in-market events
  • Ensure Fellows and Ambassadors activate weekly through events, referrals, and community engagement
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding, training, and weekly communication including calls, check-ins, and performance tracking

Systems, Tracking & Optimization

  • Track program performance across key metrics and markets
  • Monitor cohort engagement, output, and retention rates
  • Continuously refine playbooks for onboarding, activations, and engagement
  • Identify and implement optimizations to maximize program ROI and member satisfaction

Community Building & Relationships

  • Build genuine relationships with program members across all cohorts
  • Foster community culture and peer-to-peer support among Fellows and Ambassadors
  • Celebrate wins and maintain motivation across geographically distributed teams
