About the Role

Social Discovery Ventures is seeking an experienced Executive Search Partner to join our growing team on a worldwide basis. As an Executive Search Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and placing top-tier executive talent across our portfolio companies and strategic partnerships.

In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle executive recruitment projects, from initial client engagement through successful candidate placement. You will develop deep relationships with both hiring stakeholders and passive candidates in the executive market, leveraging your extensive professional network and industry expertise to source world-class leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive executive search assignments for C-level and senior management positions across multiple industries and geographies
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify talent pools, market trends, and compensation benchmarks
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to each client's specific needs, culture, and organizational goals
  • Source, screen, and evaluate executive candidates using multiple channels including networking, direct outreach, and database research
  • Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level candidates, industry experts, and referral sources
  • Provide strategic counsel to hiring managers and executives throughout the interview and selection process
  • Manage multiple concurrent search assignments with attention to detail and adherence to project timelines
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transitions for placed candidates
  • Maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions, search progress, and outcomes in recruitment management systems

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully placing executive-level candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, executive compensation, and talent market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Strong research skills and proficiency with professional networking platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or growth-stage companies
  • Experience recruiting for technology, product, or innovation-focused roles
  • Familiarity with executive assessment tools and methodologies
  • Multilingual capabilities and international recruitment experience
  • Existing network within the venture or startup ecosystem
