About This Role
Social Discovery Ventures is seeking an experienced Executive Search Partner to join our growing team on a remote, worldwide basis. As an Executive Search Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and placing top-tier executive talent across multiple industries and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive executive-level searches across various industry verticals and functional areas
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates through networking, research, and relationship development
- Partner with hiring managers and C-suite executives to understand role requirements, company culture, and strategic business objectives
- Perform thorough candidate vetting, including background checks, reference calls, and skills assessment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement
- Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with both candidates and client organizations
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive compensation, and industry-specific talent availability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate experience and successful onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and placement success rates
- Represent Social Discovery Ventures professionally at industry events and networking functions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience
- Proven track record of successfully placing C-level and senior management candidates
- Strong understanding of executive compensation, benefits structures, and market rates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously in a remote environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional network within executive recruitment or staffing industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with retained search or contingency recruitment models
- Knowledge of emerging industries such as tech, fintech, or venture-backed startups
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment
- Previous experience working with venture capital or private equity firms
- Multilingual capabilities for international candidate sourcing
