Your deep understanding of Excel, combined with your analytical mindset, will enable you to design sophisticated data models, build automated reporting dashboards, and deliver comprehensive analytics that stakeholders rely on daily. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Excel-based reporting solutions, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and dynamic dashboards
• Maintain and optimize existing VSP reports to ensure accuracy, performance, and relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and management to understand reporting requirements
• Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to support reporting initiatives
• Create and document data dictionaries and reporting standards to ensure consistency across the organization
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement solutions to improve data integrity
• Develop automation solutions using Excel macros and VBA to streamline manual reporting processes
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, visual formats
• Stay current with Excel features and best practices to continuously enhance reporting capabilities
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests and special projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced Excel Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, array formulas, and data visualization techniques
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets
• VSP Knowledge: Experience with Vendor Service Platform systems or similar vendor management solutions is preferred
• SQL or Database Experience: Familiarity with SQL queries and relational databases to pull data from backend systems
• Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and quality assurance
• Problem-Solving: Creative approach to developing solutions and improving existing processes
• Time Management: Capability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively
