About the Role
Cielo2 is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. This role is perfect for professionals who excel at managing complex administrative tasks while maintaining fluency in both English and Spanish. You will serve as a critical support function within our organization, coordinating talent-related activities, managing administrative workflows, and ensuring seamless communication across teams and departments.
As a Talent Administrator & Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple administrative functions that directly impact our talent acquisition, onboarding, and people operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition workflows, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent databases with accurate, current information
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling
- Prepare and maintain recruitment-related reports, metrics, and analytics for leadership review
- Serve as primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders
- Process and manage talent-related documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate scheduling for interviews, team meetings, and talent development initiatives
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support for communication with Spanish-speaking candidates and team members
- Assist with employee relations administrative tasks, including records management and policy coordination
- Support special projects and initiatives within the talent or human resources departments as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual Fluency: Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in talent administration, HR operations, or related administrative roles
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, documentation, and record-keeping with minimal errors
- Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication abilities; ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a proactive manner
- Remote Work Readiness: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage responsibilities independently in a virtual environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources administration
- Familiarity with recruiting software platforms and HRIS systems
- Experience coordinating large-scale recruitment initiatives or onboarding programs
- Knowledge of employment compliance and documentation requirements
- Certification in HR or talent management (HR Certificate, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
