About the Role
Superside is hiring an Account Director to lead and grow a portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers. In this pivotal position, you'll own the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sale scoping through delivery, renewal, and expansion—ensuring customers view Superside as a trusted, long-term creative partner.
This role sits at the critical intersection of customer strategy, commercial growth, and delivery excellence. You'll be responsible for managing complex accounts while leading cross-functional teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving retention, expansion, and high-quality delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships for a portfolio of strategically important enterprise accounts
- Lead pre-sale scoping and discovery processes to ensure alignment on customer goals and Superside capabilities
- Own delivery oversight, ensuring projects are executed with excellence and on time
- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and strategic account planning
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior customer stakeholders
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including creative, production, and delivery
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with both customer objectives and Superside's commercial goals
- Track account metrics and KPIs to ensure portfolio health and growth
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and driving commercial growth. You should excel at stakeholder management, particularly with C-level executives, and understand the nuances of complex, long-term partnerships. Strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance customer needs with commercial objectives are essential.
You'll need excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to influence and lead without direct authority. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are critical. Experience in professional services, agency environments, or enterprise SaaS is highly valued.
