About the Role

Superside is seeking an experienced Lead Creative specializing in Presentation Design to elevate how global brands communicate their most important stories. In this strategic leadership position, you'll guide a distributed team of top-tier creatives to deliver visually striking, strategically grounded presentations that resonate with executive audiences and drive business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, design systems, and innovation. You'll be responsible for setting the bar for visual excellence and clarity across diverse presentation formats, from executive keynotes and investor decks to scalable brand templates and complex storytelling systems. As both a maker and a mentor, you'll lead by example, balancing craft and strategy to transform complex ideas into powerful, human-centered stories that connect and inspire.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop comprehensive presentation design strategies that align with client brand guidelines and business objectives
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and templates for repeatable, on-brand presentation delivery
• Design executive presentations, investor decks, and complex narrative structures that communicate high-stakes messaging
• Integrate Generative AI and emerging design tools (such as Figma Slides) to enhance team creativity and operational efficiency
• Establish design standards and best practices while championing visual storytelling innovation
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and clients to ensure presentations achieve their communication goals
• Review and elevate creative output to consistently meet the highest standards of visual design and strategic clarity

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in presentation design with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence across multiple formats
• Leadership experience managing creative teams in distributed or remote environments
• Deep proficiency with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software
• Understanding of design systems and ability to create scalable, maintainable design frameworks
• Strategic thinking skills that connect design decisions to business outcomes
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and emerging design technologies
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities with a passion for developing creative talent
• Experience designing for executive and investor audiences, understanding their needs and expectations
