About the Role

We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team building core capabilities of the Tabs platform. You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery execution, and technical decision-making while partnering closely with Product and Design teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving engineering processes, and shipping impactful software in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, mentorship, feedback, and career growth planning
  • Own delivery planning and execution for your team, ensuring predictable and high-quality outcomes
  • Partner with Product and Design to define scope, timelines, and technical approach for platform features
  • Guide architectural and technical decisions while maintaining a high quality bar for code and systems
  • Improve engineering processes, tooling, and team health over time through continuous iteration
  • Hire, evaluate, and onboard new engineers as the team scales and grows

Required Experience

  • 7–10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in an engineering leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated success building, scaling, and mentoring engineering teams
  • Experience with technical architecture, system design, and engineering best practices
  • Track record of delivering high-impact products in fast-paced environments
