About This Role

Cielo2 is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer specializing in the pharmaceutical industry to join our growing recruitment team. This is a fully remote position ideal for professionals who are passionate about connecting top talent with innovative pharma companies worldwide.

As a Talent Sourcer in our Pharma vertical, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates across all levels and functions within the pharmaceutical sector. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to fill critical roles for leading biotech and pharma organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using advanced search techniques, LinkedIn, industry databases, and creative outreach strategies
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified pharmaceutical professionals including scientists, regulatory affairs specialists, quality assurance professionals, and clinical staff
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification to ensure alignment with client requirements and market expectations
• Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates in the pharma industry through personalized outreach and engagement
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client needs and deliver targeted candidate profiles
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline development, and recruitment funnel progression
• Stay current with pharma industry trends, key companies, regulatory changes, and talent market dynamics
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to organize candidate information and maintain detailed records
• Participate in job fairs, industry events, and professional networking to expand candidate networks
• Provide market insights and feedback to inform recruitment strategy and candidate positioning

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar recruitment role with focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry roles, functions, and talent landscape
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent sourcing tools
• Excellent research and analytical skills with ability to identify qualified candidates quickly
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment technology
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or clinical operations roles
• Familiarity with pharma compliance and FDA regulations as they relate to talent acquisition
• Track record of sourcing passive candidates and building talent networks
• Experience with direct-hire or contract staffing models
• Background in pharmaceutical or life sciences education or previous industry employment
