About the Role
As a Senior Product Advisor at TestGorilla, you'll inspire prospects by showing them how to replace biased, outdated CV screening with data-driven, AI-powered assessments. This is a high-impact sales role where you'll own the complete sales cycle, directly fueling global growth and making a meaningful impact on how the world hires.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through closing — while delivering a seamless, high-impact customer experience that reflects TestGorilla's values
- Proactively engage leads and prospects through targeted outreach, focusing on those who've expressed genuine interest in the skills-based hiring platform
- Drive pipeline growth through strategic outbound efforts and close collaboration with the marketing team to identify and nurture qualified opportunities
- Deliver high-energy product demos that consultatively address customer hiring challenges and showcase how TestGorilla's AI-powered assessments solve real business problems
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their hiring pain points and positioning TestGorilla as the solution for bias-free talent discovery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and account management teams to ensure customer alignment and contribute to company-wide growth initiatives
- Share customer insights and feedback from sales conversations to inform product roadmap decisions and marketing strategies
- Track and report on sales metrics consistently, maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasting to support team and company goals
