Part-Time Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter Manager

About This Role

The-Flex is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial Virtual Travel Assistant & Affiliate Recruiter Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you'll manage travel bookings across major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) while simultaneously building and leading a commission-based team of travel professionals. Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking & Management

• Book accommodations, flights, and comprehensive travel-related services on leading platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other major OTAs
• Ensure all bookings meticulously align with client preferences, budgets, timelines, and special requirements
• Manage reservation modifications, upgrades, and cancellations efficiently to maintain client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed booking records and documentation for audit and client reference purposes
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any booking-related issues or conflicts
• Monitor price fluctuations and alert clients to potential savings opportunities

Team Expansion & Affiliate Recruitment

• Identify and recruit individuals with strong attention to detail and travel industry interest who can assist with travel bookings
• Promote the commission-based business opportunity through networking and outreach channels
• Onboard and train new team members on effective travel booking processes, OTA platform navigation, and best practices
• Develop training materials and resources to ensure consistent quality across all team members
• Track team performance metrics, booking success rates, and client satisfaction scores
• Manage affiliate relationships, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and performance standards
• Build a high-performing team culture while maintaining individual accountability

Market Management & OTA Exposure

• Monitor and manage reviews across various Online Travel Agencies to enhance company reputation
• Respond to customer feedback professionally and constructively
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize company presence and visibility across multiple OTA platforms

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in travel booking, customer service, or related administrative roles
• Demonstrated success in recruitment, team building, or affiliate management
• Strong proficiency with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and booking systems
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding communication abilities—both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a remote setting

Compensation Structure
