About This Role

Cielo2 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trilingual Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator to join our growing team in a fully remote position. As a Talent Administrator & Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our HR and recruitment operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting distribution, candidate screening, and interview coordination across multiple time zones
  • Serve as primary administrative support for talent acquisition team members, maintaining organized candidate pipelines and documentation
  • Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders in multiple languages (fluency in 3+ languages required)
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics
  • Schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings
  • Process onboarding documentation and coordinate new hire orientation activities
  • Provide general administrative support including email management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Manage calendar scheduling and ensure timely follow-up with candidates at all pipeline stages
  • Support HR compliance and documentation requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Respond to candidate inquiries professionally in their preferred language
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure hiring objectives are met

What We're Looking For

  • Trilingual Fluency: Advanced proficiency in 3 or more languages (spoken and written), with English as one of the required languages
  • Administrative Excellence: Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or similar role
