In this role, you will be at the intersection of innovation and pragmatism. You'll work with our demand team to help them understand, explain, and position AI capabilities to potential clients. Simultaneously, you'll deliver billable technical solutions on actual client projects, ensuring that the AI implementations you lead create tangible impact and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on implementation specialist, leading the technical architecture and delivery of AI solutions for client projects
• Serve as a pre-sales technical expert, collaborating with the demand team to articulate AI capabilities, limitations, and strategic applications to prospective clients
• Bridge the communication gap between complex AI technologies and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value
• Design and implement scalable, practical AI solutions that solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes
• Mentor and guide delivery teams on AI best practices, emerging technologies, and implementation methodologies
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to identify opportunities where AI can drive competitive advantage
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and evaluate their applicability to client challenges
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing around AI implementation strategies

What We're Looking For

You bring a pragmatic mindset to AI implementation. You understand that not every problem requires a machine learning solution, and you're skilled at evaluating when and where AI creates genuine value. You have:

• Proven experience leading AI/ML projects from conception through delivery in production environments
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or related AI domains
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives
• Experience in client-facing pre-sales or consulting roles where you've influenced technical decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and AI/ML services
• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset—you're comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining solutions alongside clients
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
