The Role
We're looking for an undergraduate student for a year-in-industry placement as a Digital Solutions Engineer. This role offers comprehensive exposure to the entire solution journey, from understanding customer outcomes and building solutions to conducting data analysis and drawing insights. You'll provide valuable inputs to our product management and engineering functions, helping shape Vyntelligence product evolution and roadmap.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment while working with leading global brands. You'll develop technical skills, deepen your understanding of digital transformation, and contribute meaningfully to customer success initiatives.
What You'll Do
Align with customer objectives: Understand and fulfill customer success criteria and agreed-upon outcomes throughout engagement cycles.
Design digital transformation journeys: Build end-to-end customer solutions including data flows, dashboards, and storyboards that drive business value.
Provide customer support: Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues, responding to support tickets promptly and professionally.
Collaborate on customer success: Work closely with Customer Success leads across all aspects of customer management and relationship development.
Configure solutions: Build and configure our product platform based on specific customer workflows and requirements.
What You'll Need
Academic eligibility: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the UK with placement year requirements.
Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
Adaptability: Team-player mentality with willingness to listen, collaborate, and learn continuously. Flexibility to operate effectively within ambiguity, uncertainty, and change.
Technical foundation: Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; foundational understanding of technical concepts and web technologies.
API knowledge: Basic technical skills with CSS and experience connecting to APIs using SOAP or REST protocols, or strong willingness to learn these skills on the job.
Preferred experience: Knowledge of AWS QuickSight is an added advantage but not required.
