Role Overview
Your Senior BI & Measurement Strategist is the analytical authority at the center of the most sophisticated client relationships. You are the person trusted to sit in the room with seasoned executive leadership—credibility earned through the quality of your work and your ability to tell compelling stories with data. You specialize in delivering valuable insights through advanced methods such as Media Mix Modeling, Propensity Modeling, and scenario-based forecasting. When a CMO asks a hard question about upper-funnel ROI or why a channel that "doesn't convert" still belongs in the plan, you answer it with precision and confidence.
What You'll Do
At Wheelhouse, you will serve as the primary BI and measurement voice for the agency's largest and most analytically demanding client engagements. As Media Mix Modeling becomes increasingly central to all client relationships, you'll be positioned at the forefront of this strategic evolution.
- Lead advanced analytical projects for healthcare, medical device, and privacy-first brand clients
- Design and implement sophisticated first-party data strategies that unlock performance for medical device and healthcare organizations
- Develop HIPAA-compliant data strategies that meet the stringent regulatory requirements of healthcare and MedTech clients
- Build and maintain Media Mix Models and Propensity Models to guide multi-channel marketing strategy
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, data engineers, and creative teams to inform client recommendations
- Establish measurement frameworks that demonstrate ROI across integrated marketing channels
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to thought leadership within the organization

- Experience working with healthcare, medical device, or highly regulated industry clients (HIPAA knowledge a plus)
- Excellent communication skills—you can translate complex analytical concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of work demonstrating sophisticated measurement strategies and their business impact
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
