About This Role
TalentusGlobal is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for talented professionals based in Latin America (LATAM) to leverage their Workday expertise in a fully remote capacity.
As a Workday Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions for our diverse client base. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to deliver world-class enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Workday Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure Workday modules including HCM (Human Capital Management), Financials, Payroll, and Planning Analytics to meet client requirements
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes
- System Design: Develop comprehensive design documents, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps aligned with best practices
- Integration Management: Configure integrations between Workday and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware platforms
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee and participate in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and performance
- Client Training & Support: Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful user adoption
- Best Practices & Optimization: Recommend process improvements and Workday optimizations to enhance system performance and user experience
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation for all implemented solutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday consulting or implementation experience
- Proven expertise in at least two Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, or Planning Analytics)
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional Spanish language skills are a plus
- Experience with Workday certifications is preferred
- Availability to support LATAM-based time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
- Experience with enterprise data management and analytics tools
- Background in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience with cloud-based ERP implementations
- Familiarity with agile methodologies in enterprise implementations
