Data Analyst (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

Position Overview

Xapo Bank is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our fully distributed team of over 130 professionals working remotely from 30+ countries worldwide. This is a full-time, 100% remote position headquartered in Gibraltar, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere and impact a global audience.

This position requires adaptability and comfort with fast-changing priorities. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from in-depth data analysis to ad-hoc requests and recurring financial or regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate data into strategy by analysing transactional data and financial performance to generate insights that drive Xapo's growth
• Synthesise findings and communicate them clearly through visualisations and storytelling
• Write and manage end-to-end data pipelines for reliable data flow and processing
• Design and maintain Looker dashboards to enable self-service analytics for stakeholders across the organisation
• Act as a strategic partner to Finance, Treasury, and other teams, translating business questions into technical data requirements
• Support stakeholders in interpreting and using data in their day-to-day work, providing actionable recommendations
• Identify and help achieve financial efficiencies while delivering strategic recommendations to leadership
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth across all reporting systems
• Automate and improve data processes by implementing analytics and predictive modelling tools
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data-related processes and approaches
