About the Role
As an AI Outcomes Manager at Glean, you will drive measurable impact by designing, tracking, and optimizing how AI delivers tangible business value for our enterprise customers. This is a strategic role that bridges product, customer success, and data analytics to ensure AI implementations translate into real productivity gains, cost savings, and competitive advantage.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Define and establish outcome metrics that align with customer business objectives and Glean's AI capabilities
- Work with enterprise customers to measure AI adoption, user engagement, and business impact post-deployment
- Develop frameworks and methodologies for quantifying ROI from AI agents, intelligent search, and agentic automation
- Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to identify optimization opportunities and customer success stories
- Create dashboards, reports, and insights that demonstrate AI value realization across different industries and use cases
- Collaborate on case studies and thought leadership content showcasing measurable customer outcomes
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, best practices, and early warning signals for success or churn
Ideal Candidate Profile
You bring experience measuring and optimizing outcomes in enterprise software, AI/ML implementations, or SaaS environments. You're comfortable with data analysis, business metrics, and translating technical capabilities into business impact. You have strong communication skills to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you're passionate about helping organizations unlock the real value of AI technology.
This is a full-time remote position within the US, offering the opportunity to shape how enterprises measure and maximize their AI investments while working at the forefront of the Work AI revolution.
