About the Role

As an AI Outcomes Manager on the West team, you'll play a critical role in demonstrating and measuring the real-world impact of Glean's AI solutions for our enterprise customers. This position bridges customer success, product insights, and business value realization—ensuring that organizations achieve measurable outcomes from their Work AI investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with enterprise customers to define, track, and report on AI-driven business outcomes and KPIs
• Develop customer success frameworks that quantify productivity gains, time savings, and decision quality improvements
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather insights on feature impact and customer needs
• Drive customer adoption strategies that maximize ROI from Glean implementations
• Create outcome-focused case studies and success stories demonstrating measurable business impact
• Provide data-driven recommendations to customers on optimizing their use of Glean's AI capabilities
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for expansion and deepening engagement

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex AI outcomes into business value metrics
• Experience in customer success, outcomes management, or similar customer-facing analytical roles
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain AI impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms or AI/ML solutions preferred
• Passion for understanding how technology drives real business change
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
