The Role

As a Creative Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of developing high-converting, performance-driven creative assets for our DTC supplements brand. You'll work with a primarily female demographic aged 35-65, leveraging creative insights, competitive research, and user-centric design to shape our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms and channels. Your focus will be on customer acquisition through compelling static ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and strategic content that drives revenue and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct In-Depth Visual Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights using forums, social media feeds, Google Trends, and ad spy tools to inform innovative, high-performing creative strategies tailored to our target demographic.
  • Execute Strategic Creative Testing: Implement top-performing direct response creative elements, including formats, hooks, and angles. Develop and test new concepts by segmenting production schedules, optimizing successful elements, and continuously introducing fresh creative ideas.
  • Develop Multi-Format Creative Content: Produce static ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and other digital assets optimized for conversion and engagement across various channels.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and performance teams to align creative strategy with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Monitor creative performance metrics, identify winning patterns, and iterate based on data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in DTC marketing, creative strategy, or performance marketing with a focus on high-converting assets
  • Strong understanding of direct response advertising principles and audience psychology
  • Proficiency in visual design tools and video editing software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
  • Experience with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and ad spy tools
  • Ability to conduct competitive research and translate insights into actionable creative strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to A/B test and optimize creative elements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location & Schedule Requirements

This is a fully remote position open to applicants worldwide. You must be able to align at least 3-4 working hours daily with Singapore working hours (GMT+8) to collaborate effectively with our team.
