The Role

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and data-obsessed Email Marketing Associate with at least 3 years of email marketing experience to join our fast-growing retention team. Your primary focus will be driving customer retention, revenue growth, and brand loyalty through highly effective email and SMS marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build sophisticated email and SMS automations that drive customer engagement and repeat purchases
  • Create and manage segmented lists using advanced data analysis to target the right customers with the right message
  • Set up, execute, and optimize email flows and campaigns with meticulous attention to technical detail and deliverability
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, design, and send times to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze post-send data to inform strategic decisions and identify revenue-driving opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with our retention manager, copywriters, and designers to bring email and SMS campaigns to life
  • Protect and maintain email deliverability standards through best practices and compliance monitoring
  • Turn data insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business results

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert proficiency in Klaviyo (platform setup, flow creation, campaign management, and analytics)
  • Deep understanding of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and deliverability
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
  • Experience with SMS marketing and omnichannel retention strategies is a plus
  • Passion for optimization and continuous improvement in campaign performance
