The Role
As a Creative Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of developing high-converting, performance-driven creative assets for our DTC supplements brand. You'll leverage creative insights, competitive research, and user-centric design principles to shape our digital presence and drive customer acquisition. Working across multiple platforms and channels, you'll create compelling static ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and innovative content that resonates with our primarily female demographic aged 35-65.
Your strategic vision and execution will directly impact revenue generation and brand positioning in the competitive health and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Visual Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights using diverse resources including forums, social media feeds, Google Trends, and ad spy tools. Distill findings into innovative, high-performing creative strategies that resonate with our target demographic.
- Execute Strategic Creative Testing: Implement top-performing direct response creative elements, including formats, hooks, and angles. Develop and test new concepts by segmenting production schedules, optimizing successful elements, and continuously introducing fresh ideas.
- Develop Multi-Format Creative Assets: Design and produce static ads, short-form videos, landing pages, and other digital content optimized for performance and conversion across channels.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure creative output aligns with overall strategy and performance metrics.
- Analyze Performance Data: Monitor creative performance metrics, identify winning patterns, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and customer acquisition costs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in DTC marketing, creative strategy, or performance-driven digital marketing
- Strong understanding of direct response creative principles and conversion optimization
- Proficiency in visual design, video production, or creative asset development
- Experience with ad spy tools, market research platforms, and competitive analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and optimize creative elements
- Understanding of female-focused wellness/health marketing a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work Arrangement
This is a remote position welcoming applicants from any location, provided you can align at least 3-4 working hours daily with Singapore working hours (GMT+8). We value flexibility while maintaining team collaboration and communication.
