About the Role
As an AI Outcomes Manager on the East team, you will be responsible for driving measurable business impact from Glean's AI solutions. This role bridges the gap between product innovation and customer success, ensuring that enterprises realize tangible value from their AI investments. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to define, measure, and optimize customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and establish outcome metrics for AI implementations across customer accounts
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify success drivers and optimization opportunities
- Develop outcome frameworks and success playbooks for different customer segments and use cases
- Collaborate with account teams to translate business goals into measurable AI outcomes
- Provide strategic guidance on ROI measurement and value realization timelines
- Create executive dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholder communication
- Identify and document best practices from high-performing customer implementations
- Support product and engineering teams with customer insights to drive feature prioritization
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outcomes measurement, management consulting, or customer success strategy
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and customer success metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their business applications is a plus
