About the Role

As a Business Value Consultant, you will lead high-impact business value assessments for Glean's largest and most strategic customers. You'll partner closely with sales and customer success teams to tie Glean's AI capabilities directly to measurable business outcomes and ROI. This role is critical for helping enterprise customers understand the tangible value of Work AI adoption, from productivity improvements to knowledge accessibility and decision-making quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business value assessments with C-suite and key stakeholders at enterprise accounts
  • Develop customized ROI models and business cases demonstrating Glean's impact on organizational efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and quantify customer pain points and success metrics
  • Create executive-level presentations and documentation showcasing business value and implementation strategy
  • Partner with customer success to track and validate value realization post-implementation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for AI adoption and organizational change management
  • Contribute insights to product and marketing teams based on customer conversations and value drivers

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise sales, or customer success at B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology adoption, AI/ML capabilities, and ROI modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and business writing skills with experience developing case studies and white papers
  • Proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives and influencing buying decisions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of enterprise workflow tools and platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.) is a plus

You'll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack and help embed Glean deeply into where people get things done—across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, and many more platforms.
