About the Role

Kunumi is seeking a passionate Talent Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment processes that transform complex hiring needs into fair, human-centered, and inspiring experiences for both candidates and stakeholders. This is a strategic position where method meets creativity, combining rigorous evaluation with innovative approaches to talent acquisition and community building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Selection Processes: Conduct comprehensive recruitment cycles for technology (engineering) and business roles, managing every touchpoint from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Partner with Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering leads and business managers to define candidate profiles, align selection criteria, and assess candidates fairly and consistently using standardized evaluation frameworks.
  • Strategic Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Identify relevant professionals in the market with advanced search techniques and relationship-building strategies, with particular focus on technology talent identification and market positioning.
  • Build & Nurture Talent Communities: Develop and activate continuous talent pipelines through community-building initiatives, events, meetups, and experiences that strengthen relationships and maintain engagement with Kunumi's mission.
  • Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication, constructive feedback, and respectful treatment at every recruitment stage, reflecting our commitment to candidate dignity and professionalism.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Transform recruitment metrics into actionable insights through critical thinking, pattern identification, and proactive process optimization to continuously improve selection effectiveness and experience quality.
  • Champion Kunumi Culture: Serve as a cultural custodian, ensuring hiring decisions strengthen our organizational values, working style, and collective vision for the future.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection within technology teams, including competency-based interviewing and hiring process management
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to partner effectively with engineering and product leaders
  • Demonstrated success in talent sourcing, community building, and pipeline development
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to candidates
  • Data analysis mindset with ability to extract insights from recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring practices
  • Curiosity, resilience, and willingness to test new recruitment approaches and continuously learn
