About the Role
We're seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist for EMEA who will plan, orchestrate, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across key European markets. This is a hands-on marketing role ideal for someone with 2-5 years of B2B SaaS or technology experience who loves building and executing campaigns that move the needle on pipeline, conversions, and engagement metrics.
You'll work closely with regional and global sales teams, product marketing, and digital teams to activate messaging that resonates with segment-specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), fuels pipeline growth, and deepens engagement across all customer lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, search, webinars, events, and nurture workflows to drive measurable pipeline impact
- Build targeted campaigns for specific ICP segments across multiple regions including UK&I, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), France, and other key European markets
- Drive measurable pipeline metrics including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Contributed Pipeline
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by creating tailored programs and campaigns for priority accounts
- Manage campaigns in multi-language environments with primary focus on English, German, and French, ensuring consistent regional alignment and messaging across markets
- Act as the critical link between global marketing and regional sales teams, ensuring all marketing activities align with EMEA sales strategy and support agreed priorities
- Plan and execute field events and regional activations that strengthen market presence and customer relationships
- Monitor campaign performance in partnership with sales teams, adjust targeting strategies based on data, and share actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities, reporting on performance metrics with clarity and confidence to stakeholders
What You Bring
- 2-5 years of campaign execution experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or related software environments
- Fluency in French or German (in addition to English) — essential for regional campaign management and stakeholder collaboration
- Strong hands-on marketing skills across email marketing, digital campaigns, marketing automation, and campaign analytics
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfort with data and analytics — you can interpret performance metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Excellent project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns, markets, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and cross-functional communication skills — ability to work effectively with sales, product, and global marketing teams
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented approach to execution; you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and continuously experimenting to improve results
- Understanding of B2B buying cycles and how marketing campaigns influence pipeline and revenue generation
