Salesforce Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team at Software Mind. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for our diverse client base across multiple industries and regions.

This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of skilled professionals. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations that drive business value and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Design and configure Salesforce instances including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document technical specifications
• Lead implementation projects from discovery through deployment and post-launch support
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of Salesforce configurations
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends
• Document solutions, configurations, and user processes for knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Salesforce consulting or implementation experience
• Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models
• Experience with Salesforce development using Apex, JavaScript, or other relevant languages
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and APIs
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Solution Architect)
• Experience with Lightning Framework and modern Salesforce technologies
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Background in CRM strategy and digital transformation
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
