The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in SAP integration to own the product strategy and execution for FloQast's SAP ecosystem. This is a critical position where you will ensure that FloQast workflows, playbooks, and products run seamlessly on SAP data and processes. You will operate at the intersection of deep SAP technical knowledge and comprehensive accounting domain expertise, collaborating across Product, Engineering, customer success, and Go-To-Market teams to drive adoption and expand FloQast's footprint within the SAP ecosystem.

As Senior Product Manager for SAP, you will be responsible for:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the product strategy for FloQast's SAP integration, defining roadmaps that align with market opportunities and customer needs within the SAP-running enterprise segment.
• SAP Ecosystem Ownership: Own all aspects of FloQast's presence and performance in the SAP ecosystem, ensuring deep integration, seamless data flows, and optimized user experiences for SAP customers.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align on priorities, accelerate feature delivery, and maximize customer impact.
• Customer Advocacy: Work directly with key SAP-running customers and prospects to understand their accounting challenges, validate product-market fit, and inform product decisions that drive adoption and expansion.
• Technical & Domain Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of SAP architecture, data models, and accounting processes to define product requirements and ensure technical feasibility of solutions.
• Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand FloQast's addressable market within the SAP ecosystem, including new use cases, customer segments, and integration scenarios.
• Metrics & Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators for SAP integration success, including adoption rates, customer satisfaction, feature utilization, and revenue impact.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on SAP integrations, SAP modules, or enterprise software integrations
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, data structures, and common accounting processes (e.g., financial close, reconciliation, consolidation)
• Proven track record of launching and scaling integrated products in enterprise SaaS environments
• Experience working in the accounting, finance, or adjacent domains with strong domain expertise
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence Product, Engineering, and Sales teams without direct authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with comfort navigating complex technical and business challenges
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (S/4HANA Cloud, Analytics Cloud) and modern integration technologies
• Background in accounting software, financial operations tools, or adjacent fintech/accounting tech products
• Experience with AI/ML product management or working with AI capabilities in enterprise software
• Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements in accounting (SOX, GAAP, IFRS)
• Startup or scale-up experience in fast-growing product organizations
