The Role
We are seeking a Principal Solution Consultant – Post-Sales (Platform) to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of our platform for enterprise clients. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless onboarding, delivering tailored solutions, and maximizing client ROI. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients and internal teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Product, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure smooth post-sales execution and long-term platform success.
What You'll Do
Implementation & Solution Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployments
- Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture, configure platform components, and tailor implementations to meet specific business needs
- Develop and refine best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations
Hyper-Care & Client Success
- Provide hands-on technical consultation during hyper-care, ensuring clients achieve stability and optimal performance
- Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Support teams to proactively address issues and drive faster resolutions
- Continuously refine risk mitigation strategies to improve system performance and security
Solution Customization & Technical Expertise
- Work with clients to customize platform functionalities based on their operational and business needs
- Act as a technical bridge between clients and internal teams, translating requirements into product enhancements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing expert guidance on platform optimization
- Document configurations, best practices, and solution architecture for knowledge transfer and scalability
Strategic Partnerships & Growth
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts and support upsell initiatives
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Champion client feedback to drive product roadmap priorities
- Present insights on platform performance, ROI metrics, and industry trends to executive sponsors
