The Role

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in day-to-day execution of client programs, working in partnership with Client Services teams and our Center of Excellence (COE) to execute social-first marketing strategies. You'll be a steward of the Viral Nation process, managing campaign execution with exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. You are responsible for successful project delivery and coordinate with junior staff from project initiation through campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creator and client communication across assigned workstreams, ensuring all deliverables, reporting, and touchpoints are proactive, accurate, and timely
• Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns focused on micro and mid-tier talent, including influencer activation, content/social execution, and community management
• Support production and coordinate on-site or remote shoots with creators, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain data entry and collection for assigned creators, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission
• Develop wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies with recommended solutions
• Support growth and upsell initiatives through pitch materials, decks, and value-add messaging
• Prepare client-facing materials including meeting agendas, status reports, and performance insights
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, renewals, and year-in-review documentation
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
