About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure, you'll partner directly with Engineering and cross-functional teams to design, build, and operate the platform primitives—compute, networking, storage, CI/CD, and developer tooling—that power our applications end-to-end. You'll drive reliability, security, and efficiency while enabling excellent developer experience and contributing to our strategic infrastructure evolution.

Our Platform Team is the backbone keeping product teams shipping quickly and safely. We deliver direct customer value through cloud capabilities and security, and enable internal success through partnerships with application teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Steward core platform services: Implement container orchestration, service mesh, ingress, and secrets management at scale.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Security to deliver external and internal value.
• Harden reliability: Improve observability through logging, metrics, and tracing; implement automated remediation to increase availability and reduce latency.
• Automate everything: Use infrastructure-as-code and configuration management to make systems and processes repeatable, auditable, and secure.
• Scale cost-effectively: Optimize cluster utilization, autoscaling, and storage/networking to balance performance, reliability, and spend.
• Level-up developer experience: Build internal tooling, templates, and golden paths that reduce cognitive load and accelerate time-to-first-deploy.
• On-call & incident response: Participate in sustainable on-call rotations and lead incident response.
