The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable systems powering Avandra's healthcare data platform. You'll have hands-on experience with Elixir and/or Python, taking ownership of critical infrastructure in an early-stage, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Elixir and Python
• Build and support both early-stage and mature production systems for the imaging data platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy
• Take ownership of projects from conception through production deployment
• Mentor junior engineers and help cultivate a positive engineering culture
