About the Role
As an Affiliate Account Manager at WITHIN, you'll balance client satisfaction with team success using strategic, analytical approaches. This role combines affiliate and influencer marketing expertise with data-driven problem-solving for a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners across diverse clients
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports evaluating partner activity and optimization areas
- Present data-driven findings to clients with actionable insights
- Craft strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing and cross-channel analysis
- Optimize workflows and processes for maximum productivity
- Execute day-to-day affiliate network management tasks
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with affiliate networks (Impact, Pepperjam, ShareASale) and reporting dashboards like Affluent
- Strong Excel and G-Suite skills
- Experience distilling client goals into measurable, prioritized tasks
- Knowledge of attribution and LTV concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience training and coaching junior team members
- Exposure to multiple verticals (subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, apps)
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
