Job Description
About AfterShip
AfterShip is a Great Place to Work Certified, post-purchase SaaS company founded in 2012. We're transforming eCommerce by building the world's leading automation platform for merchants. Our unified system integrates shipping & labels, order tracking, AI predictive delivery, and returns management—enabling merchants to reduce support costs, enhance customer experiences, and unlock incremental revenue at every post-purchase touchpoint.
We serve over 20,000 businesses including Samsung, Gymshark, Mejuri, Dr. Squatch, and Alo Yoga. With more than 450 employees across 8 offices spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, we operate as an engineering-driven, globally distributed team.
Your Mission
As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll scale AfterShip's email and lifecycle marketing program, working closely with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to execute campaigns across the full B2B customer journey. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you'll own lifecycle communications for Product, Research, and Partnerships while supporting flagship programs including lead nurture, onboarding, and feature adoption.
This role requires collaboration with teams in Asia and Europe, with occasional work outside regular business hours (1–2 times weekly). You'll thrive in ambiguity, bring structure to emerging processes, and help build playbooks from the ground up in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute automated email journeys, triggered campaigns, and in-app programs across the B2B customer lifecycle
- Develop audience segmentation using firmographic and behavioral data
- Continuously test and optimize through A/B and multivariate experiments
Campaign Execution
- Deploy email campaigns across promotional, behavioral, and nurture formats
- Manage campaign calendars and cross-functional coordination with Product Marketing, Product Growth, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success
- Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Program Ownership
- Own end-to-end lifecycle communications for key business stakeholder areas
- Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies
- Support feature adoption and customer onboarding initiatives
