Product Manager

About the Role

Agave is hiring a hands-on, technical Product Manager to build new products on top of proprietary infrastructure serving the construction industry. You'll own the complete product lifecycle—from ideation through launch to revenue growth—working across Product Analysts, Account Executives, and engineering teams to move fast and scale.

You'll leverage a rare competitive advantage: deep proprietary infrastructure already integrated with every major construction platform, plus a built-in distribution channel of 500+ paying customers and a growing co-sell network with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution from concept to shipped product to ARR growth
• Collaborate with Product Analysts, Account Executives, and engineers to launch repeatedly and move fast
• Drive revenue growth leveraging existing customer base and co-sell partnerships
• Work directly with customers on technical challenges and product refinement
