Job Description

About Letaido

Letaido is an AI teammate for marketing teams—not a chatbot, but an agent with its own workspace that executes marketing work: pulls data, builds tools, writes reports, ships pages, and maintains schedules. It connects to HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Google Ads, Search Console, Stripe, and 50+ other systems, standing up dashboards and public sites without developer involvement.

Built inside Ahrefs, Letaido leverages fifteen years of web crawling infrastructure, petabytes of first-party index data, and the independence of a bootstrapped, profitable company answering to users rather than investors.

The Role

You'll own paid acquisition for Letaido from strategy through measurement. This is not a media buying role—anyone can run campaigns. The hard part is identifying which audiences are worth reaching, crafting compelling messaging, and proving spend causation through rigorous analysis.

You'll live in data to form evidence-based perspectives on buyer personas and attention placement, then translate insights into high-performing creative. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, partnerships, and support teams to surface and activate high-potential creative assets and audience opportunities.

This is a hands-on, foundational role with no existing playbook to inherit. You'll operate in platforms daily, building the paid acquisition framework that scales. You report directly to the Head of Letaido with direct access to decision-making.

Location: On-site in Palo Alto, California or Cambridge, Massachusetts (US legal work authorization required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition end-to-end: channel strategy, budget allocation, targeting, creative direction, and measurement.
  • Build audience thesis grounded in evidence: identify high-value segments, understand existing beliefs, test conversion levers.
  • Run creative as a system: maintain asset libraries, brief against data rather than instinct, maintain testing cadence for continuous learning.
  • Own honest measurement: track CAC, payback period, and incrementality; distinguish genuine channel performance from organic demand attribution.
  • Partner with product, content, and support teams to identify and activate high-impact creative and audience insights.

Salary Disclosure

This is an editorial market estimate, not provided by the employer. Based on role scope and market data for performance marketing leadership roles in US tech hubs, the estimated range is $80,000–$130,000 USD annually. Actual compensation varies significantly by experience, proven track record, and location. Verify with employer during negotiation.
