About Letaido

Letaido is an AI teammate for marketing teams. It isn't a chatbot—it's an autonomous agent with its own workspace that executes work: pulling data, building tools, writing reports, shipping pages, and maintaining them on schedule.

The platform connects to systems marketers already use, including HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Google Ads, Search Console, and Stripe. It can stand up public sites or internal dashboards without requiring a developer. Letaido is built inside Ahrefs, leveraging fifteen years of web crawling infrastructure and petabytes of first-party index data.

The Role

This is a senior design role that combines product design, product management, and leadership. You will own Letaido's design end-to-end: the agent experience, workspace, and all customer touchpoints.

Unlike traditional software, autonomous AI agents present novel design challenges. You'll establish patterns for agentic work—delegation, progress, interruption, review, trust, and result handoff—without inheriting conventions from existing design systems. You have full autonomy over what ships, in what order, and how quality is defined.

At Ahrefs, we operate without a conventional product manager layer, so product designers take full ownership. You'll shape the roadmap alongside the Head of Letaido, Marketing, and Sales—all heavy users of what you build. The distance between your idea and a decision is one conversation.

Location: This is an on-site role based in one of our offices: Palo Alto (CA), Cambridge (MA), Singapore, or Tokyo. You must have legal right to work in your chosen location.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of Letaido: agent experience, workspace, and all customer interactions
• Shape product roadmap with Head of Letaido, Marketing, and Sales leadership
• Establish design patterns for agentic work: delegation, progress, interruption, review, and trust
• Research how users actually interact with AI teammates; go deep technically to understand what's possible
• Validate assumptions through user research and rapid iteration
• Be Letaido's heaviest user—when issues arise, walk over to the building team for fastest resolution
