The Role: Head of Product Growth

As Head of Product Growth, your mission is to engineer viral growth and achieve a 30-Day K Factor of 0.3+. You'll scale AIOS from 100k to 10 million active customers by 2030.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Transform our referral program into a true viral growth system
• Lead a team of engineers and designers in shipping daily experiments
• Work closely with the CEO with high autonomy and decision-making authority
• Test and iterate aggressively using AI tools to move faster than traditional product teams
• Expand viral loops across all product surfaces: invites, UGC, social sharing, gifting, freemium, and novel mechanics
• Build and scale a high-performing team of growth-focused builders

What you'll need:

• Proven experience designing and scaling viral referral or growth loop systems
• Strong product thinking with data-driven decision making
• Comfort with ambiguity and founder-builder mentality
• Ability to ship quickly and learn from real-world feedback
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams

This is early-stage, high-impact work. You'll act with significant autonomy and directly influence AIOS's path to becoming the dominant full-stack AI healthcare platform in Europe and globally.
