The Role: Head of Viral Social (UGC & Clippers)

You will fully own AIOS's viral social system, turning user-generated content into predictable viral reach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and creator-led channels. Your fundamental responsibility is to engineer attention at scale by building a repeatable virality engine.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the entire UGC virality system end-to-end: creator sourcing, output quality management, AI-assisted workflows, and clipper/editor coordination
• Optimize publishing cadence and distribution strategy across platforms
• Build and scale repost ecosystems, meme pages, and creator partnerships
• Design feedback loops between content creation, distribution, and performance metrics
• Rapidly test hooks, formats, narratives, and posting strategies to identify viral patterns
• Scale high-performing content aggressively and iterate on underperformers
• Expand into emerging social formats and distribution channels

About you: You are a builder with a track record engineering viral growth. You combine creative thinking with data-driven optimization, understand platform dynamics deeply, and can lead a team to execute at pace.

Compensation: $200,000–$400,000 annually plus 0.15%–0.50% equity.
