The Role

We seek self-starting, customer-value-oriented software engineers for our Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will be accountable for building new, differentiated 0-to-1 capabilities in the field with customers, end to end. You thrive moving quickly but responsibly against urgent opportunities to deliver software-driven outcomes that matter.

This is a hands-on role combining customer engagement with rapid prototyping. You understand the value of face-to-face user interactions and constantly push the boundaries of what's possible.

Typical Weekly Activities

• Spend time onsite with users, listening to problems and understanding pain points
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to scope, architect, and deliver 0-to-1 initiatives and prototypes
• Build and deliver working, customer-facing prototypes
• Assess, prioritize, and correct critical gaps in prototype solutions based on user feedback
• Iterate rapidly and incorporate learnings into next iterations

• Conduct customer site visits to diagnose and understand pain points
• Participate in end-to-end software development of new feature functionality and design capabilities
