- Contribute to improving existing automation frameworks to support new functionalities and optimize quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with CI/CD teams to integrate automated testing into deployment pipelines, ensuring thorough test coverage at every development stage

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management and development in a fast-paced environment with short release cycles
- Learn and apply AI-assisted tooling and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate test creation and maintenance
- Participate in design reviews to architect testable systems and enhance modularity and testability
- Help Airbnb leverage AI to redefine and accelerate Quality Engineering practices
What We're Looking For

- Strong capability to work through ambiguity, validate concepts, and implement best-in-class solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills with attention to code quality and operational excellence
- Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration practices
- Collaborative mindset suited for high-performance teams
