About the Role

As Senior Product Manager, you'll own a flagship product within AKASA's Clinical Documentation and Medical Coding suite. This role is high-leverage in a uniquely scaled organization: a small, elite group of PMs partnered with a substantial, world-class engineering and ML team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for clinical documentation and medical coding solutions
• Work directly with engineering and ML teams to build AI-native healthcare products
• Drive product improvements that enhance physician documentation quality and clinical accuracy
• Collaborate with health system customers to identify missing diagnoses and ensure financial integrity
• Impact thousands of clinicians and revenue cycle staff solving high-impact patient encounters
